Director of Venue Operations

The Director of Venue Operations is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of all operational functions across Marquee Arts’ venues. This individual is an experienced venue operator and live entertainment professional with a proven ability to run a high-performing, financially disciplined operation while delivering an exceptional experience for patrons and artists.

Education Manager

The Education Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing educational programming, community partnerships, and workforce development initiatives that advance the mission of Marquee Arts. This role creates meaningful learning experiences that deepen community engagement, foster lifelong appreciation for cinema and the performing arts, and support audience growth.

Box Office & Patron Services Manager

The Box Office & Patron Services Manager combines operational excellence, customer service leadership, ticketing expertise, and data-driven decision making to maximize ticket revenue, memberships, and patron satisfaction. The position serves as the organizations expert on patron experience, ticketing systems, audience data, and front-end customer interactions while supporting the organization’s mission to create welcoming, accessible, and memorable experiences.
